The cheese garlic bread recipe is a breakfast recipe and it is used as a snack recipe. You can also make this cheese garlic bread and serve with any juice and soup recipe for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. This recipe makes an oven but you can make it and Tawa also.
Ingredients:
- 6 Slices Of Any Bread.
- Butter(softened to room temperature)
- Salt as per your need
- Two and Half Grated Mozzarella
- 3 tbsp of Chilli Flakes
- 6-8 cloves of garlic minced Or Chopped.
Steps To Make Cheese Garlic Bread:
- Pre-heat your oven to 300F / 200C.
- Slice the bread in slices.
- Now take 4 spn softened butter in a bowel. I used salted butter (Amul salted butter)and it was delicious,. If you used unsalted butter, then add a bit of salt.
- Mix the chopped garlic and butter, instead of garlic, you can also add garlic chives.
- Mix the chopped garlic very well to the butter.
- Add the grated mozzarella cheese on top and garnish with chili flakes.you can also add oregano, basil, red chili flakes, black pepper, Italian seasoning, etc as per your favorite herb or spice.
- Place the bread slices in a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-6 mins until the edges of the bread slices turn crisp and the cheese melts. Don’t let it sit in there too much even though you are tempted because if you over-bake them, they turn out like rusk when slightly cool.
- And now it is done! Hot, spicy, cheesy garlic bread is ready to serve with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
